Elysian Return Policy

At Elysian, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy offers options to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible. Please read the following guidelines for returning products purchased from Elysian.
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.
- Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to beauty products, undergarments, and earrings.
2. Return Process
a. Request a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@elysianshop.net with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
b. Prepare Your Return:
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email and the RMA number inside the package.
c. Ship Your Return:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely. Elysian is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
d. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at returns@elysian.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. You will have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refunds
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Beauty products (skincare, makeup, etc.)
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Earrings
